The "Dawn of Yemen" operation, launched by the Yemeni government forces supported by the Saudi-led coalition, is focused on regaining control from the Houthi group. During the first week of the operations, intense battles took place in the Bab al-Mandab front, with government forces announcing the regain of key areas, despite Houthi claims of no progress. Clashes continue around Taiz, as the Houthis attempt to impose a siege on the city. Simultaneously, there have been attacks against Aden Airport, along with escalations in Houthi assaults on Saudi Arabia using ballistic missiles and drones, with the coalition successfully destroying high-value Houthi targets. Military operations have intensified efforts to target Houthi movements and liberate strategic locations, with ongoing clashes in Marib and Jawf, as well as broad military campaigns against Houthi positions across Yemen, aiming to end their control and restore stability to the region.
