Negev homes and mosque destroyed displacing Palestinians
Israeli authorities are searching the Negev Desert for belongings after demolishing 80 homes and a mosque in a Bedouin village, which has displaced around 400 people, including 250 students. Israel considers these villages to be illegal and carries out repeated demolitions, despite the fact that the residents have been living there since before the establishment of the state. Many of them face difficulties finding alternative shelter. These operations are part of the efforts by Ministers Ben Gvir and Shikli to accelerate the demolition process, even as residents continue to suffer and cling to remaining in their homes.
