Israeli forces near Abidin Dam in Syria
Israeli forces advanced with about 10 military vehicles near Abdulbeen Dam in the Daraa countryside in Syria, coinciding with Israeli fighter jets flying over the area. Farms were targeted, and houses in the village were searched; the forces opened fire on the lands and set fire to homes and livestock depots, with no information on the extent of the damages or whether there were any injuries. These incursions come despite the ceasefire agreement signed in 1974, and Damascus is demanding the withdrawal of Israeli forces and respect for its sovereignty.
