Moscow warnings alter German military plans

German authorities have discovered remnants of a drone crash near the Fürstenfeldbruck Air Base, leading to a reassessment of the security threat level against the German military. The drone resembles the one used in a failed attack attempt on Leipzig Airport in August and was carrying explosive materials. It is believed that its target was military forces rather than civilian aviation. According to intelligence analyses, the threat posed by Russian sabotage activities is now classified as "high," with the possibility that Russia is attempting to undermine Germany's support for Ukraine and weaken it internally by using drones as a lethal and impactful weapon. This represents a serious escalation in security threats against the country.
