Yemen: 7 Dead in Red Sea Attack

At least 7 people were killed in a raid targeting a boat near Zukur Island in Yemen, which is controlled by the Houthi movement, in the Red Sea. An unmanned drone was used to track the boat, which was carrying banned materials and individuals of foreign nationalities. The Houthi group accused Saudi Arabia of targeting an Indian yacht with 14 people near the island, while they confirmed that they are rescuing them and considered the attack a threat to international navigation in the Red Sea. Meanwhile, intensified fighting continues around the Bab el-Mandeb Strait, one of the world's most important maritime trade routes, as the Houthis have controlled the island and the coastal strip of al-Hudaydah governorate since September.
