Houthi Claims Attack on Riyadh Defense Building

The Houthi group announced that over the course of two days, they carried out four attacks against Saudi targets, including the Ministry of Defense building in Riyadh, two airports in Dammam, and they also targeted Aramco facilities in Yanbu and Abha International Airport. These attacks involved ballistic missiles and drones. The assaults resulted in the death of two people at Dammam Airport, disrupted air traffic there, and caused a fire at an Aramco site. The Kingdom and its military institutions responded by intercepting and destroying some of the drones. This escalation by the Houthis comes in retaliation for over 2,900 Saudi airstrikes and missile attacks within 100 days, which left more than 562 people dead or injured. The Houthis vowed to undertake major options in response to Saudi threats of targeting Yemeni tribes.
