English clubs compete for Haj Mousa
Algerian international Anis Haj Moussa is close to leaving Dutch club Feyenoord during the summer transfer window. He prefers to move to the English Premier League despite interest from Saudi clubs such as Al-Ahli and Al-Qadsiah. His negotiations are currently focused with Newcastle United and Aston Villa, while Feyenoord is asking for around 35 million euros for his transfer. The player has declined the Saudi offer, preferring to experience football in England. If the negotiations go well, it is expected that Haj Moussa will bid farewell to the Dutch club this summer to begin a new challenge in the English Premier League.
