The initiative focused on implementing the Mobile Youth Center program in Oran, aiming to bring youth services and activities closer to remote areas. In the Mandasiya region of the Kédayil municipality, a variety of activities took place, including educational and creative workshops, games, cultural and sports competitions, as well as entertainment and artistic performances. These efforts were designed to enhance interaction and participation among young people and children. This initiative is part of the sector's strategy to expand local activities and ensure that everyone, especially in distant areas, benefits from cultural, educational, and recreational programs that support personal development and talent growth. The caravan will continue to cover other regions to ensure that services reach groups that find it difficult to access established youth centers, with the goal of fostering greater engagement and social integration.
