Casualties from Morocco to Ceuta escape increase
The death toll from the mass escape from Morocco to Spanish Ceuta has risen to 72 victims, and it is believed that the actual numbers may be higher. The government delegate in Ceuta was informed that the latest count of deaths is 72, while search operations are still ongoing. Security measures in the city have been intensified, with police and military personnel conducting patrols, and a 500-meter floating barrier has been established to control the border, amid attempts by illegal immigrants to swim across in search of a better future.
