Evening – Honoring heritage and promoting citizenship
The seminar organized by the National Institute for Comprehensive Strategic Studies in Algiers on August 20th will focus on the significance of the North Constantine offensives and the Soummam Conference in the history of the Liberation Revolution. Its aim is to link the historical lessons of these events to current challenges by discussing the preparatory conditions, the role of the masses, and the utilization of resources during the colonial era. Additionally, it will examine the relationship between mobilization and development law, as well as community involvement in sustainable development processes. The event will conclude with recommendations to strengthen national memory, stimulate scientific research, and support policies that promote citizenship and sustainable development.
