The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Development has decided to extend the validity of the sponsorship visas for banking localization programs from 45 days to 90 days on an exceptional basis. This measure aims to facilitate the procedures for economic operators involved in import and resale activities. The decision includes all entities that have not yet completed the localization procedures after their visas expired during the first half of 2026. The visas will remain valid until September 15, 2026, granting them an additional grace period to complete the necessary procedures related to import operations. This step is intended to support investors and simplify the process of banking localization.
