The Tamanrasset Wilaya plans to implement several projects to develop and maintain the national and provincial road network to improve transportation means and reduce distances between key hubs. These projects include upgrading National Road No. 01 over a span of 108 km, connecting Tiaret and Tindouf through a 72 km road, as well as constructing other routes such as the connection between Tazrouk and Tindouf over 89 km, and strengthening National Road No. 01 over 25 km to enhance safety and service quality. Additionally, efforts are underway to reinforce National Road No. 55A and resurface the Silt-Titoutlilien road, along with completing works on local roads and planning studies for the construction of bridges over the Anlax and Atoul valleys to improve infrastructure. These projects aim to enhance mobility conditions and strengthen the road network in the region.
