Ohtani's pitching schedule updated due to knee issues
Shohei Ohtani did not throw a bullpen as scheduled due to regression in his knee injury. The Dodgers’ manager indicated Ohtani felt less than 100% and required more recovery time, with no specific return date set but an expectation to pitch again in August. Ohtani has not started since July 3 and has been managing his knee issue since mid-June, which has not affected his hitting.
