Attorney for Lindsay Shiver Challenges Bahamas Case
Lindsay Shiver, a Georgia woman accused of conspiring with her Bahamian lover to hire a hitman to kill her ex-NFL player husband, is facing legal challenges due to evidence issues. Her attorney claims the Bahamian authorities lack jurisdiction because she was in the United States when the alleged conspiracy occurred, and he asserts that the evidence proving her presence in the Bahamas on the critical date is insufficient. The case is ongoing, with Shiver and her co-accused maintaining their innocence.
