Netflix exec fires back after trust exercise revelation
A Netflix executive was fired after revealing during a work retreat that he had taken medically prescribed ketamine for depression. The lawsuit claims the executive, Kevin Baillie, shared this information during a trust exercise, which led to an investigation and his subsequent dismissal. Baillie is seeking damages, arguing the company's inquiry focused on unrelated issues and that his treatment was used as a reason for termination.
