49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan was involved in a serious car accident that left him with a concussion, broken bones, and other injuries. Shanahan made a brief appearance at practice 12 days post-accident, while team staff, including assistant coach Chris Foerster, took on leadership roles due to Shanahan's limited ability to speak.
