Blake Lively received approximately $400,000 in legal fees after settling her lawsuit with Justin Baldoni over their 2024 film "It Ends With Us." A federal judge limited her reimbursement to around $407,451, citing California law designed to protect sexual harassment survivors, and ruled she was only entitled to fees related to defamation defense. The lawsuit involved claims of sexual harassment, retaliation, and emotional distress, which Baldoni denied, leading to a countersuit that was later dismissed. The legal dispute overshadowed the film's release, despite its box office success.
