FlyDubai flight's attacker remains unknown
A FlyDubai flight carrying Israeli passengers was forced to make an emergency landing after the copilot attempted to crash the plane by stabbing the captain, causing the aircraft to descend sharply. The incident occurred near the Jordanian border, with passengers and crew managing to secure the plane and land safely in Saudi Arabia. U.S. President Donald Trump suggested Iran might be linked to the attack, while Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu indicated the copilot underwent Islamist indoctrination and exploited a loophole in Israeli aviation rules. Investigations are ongoing, involving multiple countries, with authorities examining possible motives ranging from terrorism to mental health issues.
