Trump's press secretary served 5 days
White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia was fired after serving just five days, breaking the record for the shortest tenure in the role. Her brief stint was marked by a shaky debut and confusion over her professional background, as she previously worked as a conservative commentator and in international law in China. Her sudden departure highlights the ongoing turbulence and decline in the perceived prestige of the White House press secretary position.
