Kid Rock Reflects on Trump Support Costs
Kid Rock stated that supporting Donald Trump led to the loss of corporate deals and late-night TV appearances, but he values his freedom to speak out and prioritize his faith. He emphasized that his political openness has made him more authentic, despite professional setbacks, and described his new album, "Halfway 2 Jesus," as a Christian-themed rock project reflecting his strengthened faith. The album features a collaboration with Eminem, whose criticism of Trump tested their friendship, but Kid Rock affirmed their longstanding bond and highlighted his commitment to faith, forgiveness, and free expression.
