ICE agents stop father with children in Providence
ICE agents in Rhode Island attempted to arrest a Guatemalan man, Sebastian, while he was holding his two young children on a residential street. The incident was captured on video showing agents stopping Sebastian as he tried to walk his children home, eventually releasing him after a brief detention. ICE officials denied any attempt to arrest Sebastian or detain the children, stating there was no detention or accident, while he, an undocumented immigrant, faces pending ICE instructions.
