Biden-era suspect release
Abubakarr Barrie, 23, is accused of stabbing a 15-year-old girl and attempting to kidnap her from a home in Baltimore, Maryland, on Oct. 22. He was arrested two days later, and ICE lodged a detainer; the Department of Homeland Security says Barrie, from Sierra Leone, entered the United States in December 2023 and was released after being apprehended by Border Patrol.
