Khawaja says no blame
Usman Khawaja said his claim that Australia’s team should collectively take responsibility for the 2018 Cape Town sandpaper scandal was not intended to blame or speak for individual players. He said he would not deny that others knew about the plan, while several teammates have denied involvement or knowledge. Cricket Australia said it remains comfortable with its original integrity findings and has not indicated plans to reopen the investigation.
