Ohio State lost 41-28 to Oregon at Ohio Stadium after taking a 14-0 lead, then allowing 38 consecutive points in its largest home collapse since 1999. The 6-3 Buckeyes struggled on offense, defense and special teams; freshman quarterback Luke Fahey threw for 360 yards, but 191 came in the fourth quarter. Coach Ryan Day took responsibility and said he would review the team’s problems as Ohio State faces Northwestern, Nebraska and Michigan, with its playoff chances now slim.
