House Speaker Stresses Housing as Development Key

The Kingdom of Bahrain affirms its commitment to providing decent housing for its citizens and Bahraini families. This effort is part of its broader initiatives to achieve sustainable development, which include implementing major housing projects, developing infrastructure, and reducing waiting lists through various programs that focus on building quality and sustainability. Bahrain also adopts sustainable policies in urban planning and promotes smart cities, in collaboration with the private sector, to create a safe and healthy environment for future generations. These efforts align with the slogan of World Housing Day: "Adequate Shelter for All."
