Social Insurance attends Qatar innovation seminar

A delegation from the General Authority for Social Insurance of Bahrain participated in an international symposium organized by the International Social Security Association (ISSA) on digital and administrative innovations in social security institutions. The delegation, led by the Vice President of Operations, presented Bahrain's experience in building smart institutions that rely on reliable data and promote digital integration, utilizing artificial intelligence technologies to improve and enhance services. They also discussed government support for developing the social insurance system and highlighted the latest electronic inspection methods, aimed at speeding up transactions and improving the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. This participation reflects the Authority’s commitment to staying informed about international experiences and best practices in innovation and the development of social security systems.
