Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky criticized the Diesel Agreement that Trump reached with Russia, considering it a satirical simulation of peace negotiations. He expressed concern that Russia does not desire peace and is using the benefits of that deal to fund the war. He pointed out that the Diesel Agreement with Russia allows for new financial flows to Russia, thereby strengthening Moscow's efforts to continue the conflict. Zelensky reiterated his condemnation of Russia's lack of seriousness in peace negotiations and accused it of having no interest in mediating to end the war. Meanwhile, Russian attacks on Ukrainian cities continue, and the Starshield satellite system has been damaged, which hampers Ukrainian military operations.
