Iranian negotiators and Qatari mediators discussed ways to end the war in Doha, after talks in Tehran that lasted more than 12 hours, amid fears that U.S. attacks could resume. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Donald Trump had not yet decided whether to launch new strikes. The mediators proposed a seven-day confidence-building plan as a prelude to broader negotiations, but Tehran rejected it.
