Bahrain Shifra AI Partnership
Bahrain FinTech Bay, through its company Ibtekar Bahrain, announced an exclusive partnership with Shifra, an AI workforce platform, on the sidelines of the Gulf Gateway Forum 2026. The partnership will make Shifra’s solutions available to government entities and private-sector organizations in Bahrain. It will provide digital employees for customer service, sales, human resources, finance, operations and project management. The employees support Arabic and English and can run on organizations’ own infrastructure, allowing them to retain control of their data. During 2025, Shifra’s digital employees helped save more than two million work hours per month. The partnership aims to accelerate AI adoption across key sectors in Bahrain in line with Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
