Egyptian Drug Authority issues fluid warnings
The Egyptian Drug Authority has issued warnings regarding the impact of beverages on the effectiveness of medications and patient safety. It recommends avoiding taking medications with drinks such as tea, coffee, tannin-containing fruit juices, or dairy products, as they may hinder drug absorption and cause negative interactions, especially with medications for chronic diseases and antibiotics.
