Trump Responds to Houthis Attack on King Khalid Airport
The Houthi movement has launched an escalating series of attacks against Saudi Arabia, claiming responsibility for strikes on King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh and Abha, as well as the King Khalid Airbase, using cruise and ballistic missiles. These attacks resulted in the deaths of three Saudis and injuries to others, as well as disruptions to airline operations. The Saudi government responded to the assaults, and U.S. President Donald Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with the attacks, emphasizing that the United States has not yet taken any action against Iran. These developments are part of the Houthis' ongoing escalation against Saudi Arabia amid increasing regional tensions.
