In the summer of 2026, Egyptian cinema will witness the return of several prominent stars after long absences. This includes Yasmine Abdel Aziz's comeback after seven years since her role in the film "Al Abla Tom Tom," as she participates in the movie "Khaly Balak Ala Nafsik" with Ahmed El Sakka. Yasmine is relying on her popularity in family comedy. Additionally, Chiko will return after a three-year break to star in the film "Sakr wa Kanaria" alongside Mohamed Imam, which revolves around a man who escapes a dangerous past and faces unexpected situations with the character "Kanaria." Furthermore, Ahmed Helmy is preparing for two film returns, one titled "Hudood," a short film, and the other "Adaa'f Khala," scheduled for release in the summer. He will also be acting in his first film with Hend Sabri, exploring a new genre of dark comedy and drama.
