The Ministry emphasized that anyone facilitating illegal entry, providing shelter, or assisting violators could face penalties of up to 15 years in prison and a one million riyal fine, along with seizure of transportation and accommodation, as well as publication of their names. Citizens are urged to report violations through the toll-free numbers (911) in certain regions, and (999) and (996) in others.
