The organization "Religions for Peace" has chosen Abu Dhabi to host its 11th World Assembly in 2027, marking the first time a event of this magnitude will be held in the Gulf region. This selection is a recognition of the United Arab Emirates' leading role in promoting values of tolerance and coexistence, and it reaffirms Abu Dhabi's status as a global hub for dialogue and cooperation among religions and cultures. The event will bring together religious leaders and representatives from international organizations from over 120 countries, with the aim of developing shared visions to address global challenges such as conflicts and climate change.
