Three Held for Tying Man
Security forces in Edko, Beheira Governorate, arrested three farmers who had tied up a student with a rope after catching him trying to steal fruit from their farm. They had not notified the authorities or filed a police report. The suspects admitted to the incident, which took place on October 28, and traded accusations over assault and theft. Legal procedures were initiated, and the Public Prosecution is investigating.
