Assiut Governorate Conducts Intensive Monitoring of Youth and Sports Organizations for Security and Safety Compliance

Assiut Governor, Major General Mohamed Alawan, emphasized the ongoing field follow-up of youth and sports facilities across various districts of the governorate to ensure compliance with safety and security standards and to provide a safe environment for practicing sports, cultural, and social activities. The inspection visits carried out by the Directorate of Youth and Sports included several centers, where adherence to working hours, the condition of facilities, and the efficiency of monitoring and security systems were examined. The visits resulted in the detection of some violations, with necessary legal actions taken. There was also a reaffirmed commitment to continued inspections to ensure the safety of all visitors and to strengthen the role of youth centers in serving the community.
