Free vet convoy treats 1,750 cases at Al-Wasaty
The Veterinary Directorate of Asyut Governorate organized a free veterinary convoy in Al-Wasatiya Village in the Fath Center, during which 1,750 cases of livestock, donkeys, and poultry were examined and treated. The aim of the convoy is to support the livestock and poultry sectors, raise veterinary awareness, and protect food security, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030. This is achieved by providing therapeutic and advisory services to farmers and enhancing the skills of veterinarians in diagnosis and treatment. These convoys exemplify the collaboration between executive and academic institutions and promote their continuation and expansion in the most needy areas.
