Thai police have arrested a former parliamentarian following a shooting incident at a government office outside Bangkok that resulted in one person killed and another injured. The incident occurred at the Nonthaburi Administrative Organization, just days after a massacre at a school and family home in the same area, which claimed the lives of at least eight people. The suspect confessed to opening fire, and it appears that the motive was personal. The organization’s CEO was shot and died after being rushed to the hospital.
