The National Training Academy has launched a specialized training program titled "Local Leaders" with the aim of preparing and qualifying young leaders to participate in public service and political life. The program seeks to develop young people's capabilities in leadership, management, constitutional knowledge, and political awareness. It lasts for 20 days, totaling 120 training hours, covering nine main themes, with the goal of enhancing their competencies to actively contribute to sustainable development and support national pathways. This initiative aligns with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's directives to invest in human resources and develop national cadres.
