The Competition Committee of the Egyptian Football Association has decided to postpone the start of matches in the Cairo Group of the Second Division "B" until September 6, instead of today, following a ruling from the Court of Arbitration for Sport ("CAS") ordering the return of Orange Club to the competition. The decision came after the union had excluded the club from the season due to its failure to meet the legal licensing requirement, but the judicial ruling led to its reinstatement, prompting the delay in matches so that the club can participate legally.
