Engineers Syndicate Rejects External Accreditations
The Mining, Petroleum, and Metals Division of the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate affirms its rejection of issuing or approving certificates or professional titles outside the authorized legal frameworks established by the syndicate, in accordance with the syndicate's law and the regulations governing its work. It emphasizes the importance of maintaining professional and scientific standards in the fields of mining, petroleum, and metals to ensure the protection of the profession, projects, and national resources. The division also stresses that professional accreditation should be based on the engineer's experience and competence, not solely on training or academic certificates. The division calls on engineers to adhere to these standards and to preserve the stature of their specialties, while continuing to defend their rights and support the development of their skills in line with Egypt’s development laws.
