Ahmed Hamouda: Summit won't decide league winner
Ahmed Hamouda, the former star of Misr El-Makassa, confirmed that Al Ahly delivered an excellent match and achieved a significant victory over Batrool Asyut, praising the team’s capabilities and the presence of a cadre of talented players. He mentioned that Zamalek's loss by three goals to Zed is among the major teams in the league, and that his player Mohamed Hamed has a promising future with Zamalek. He pointed out that the upcoming top-level match between Al Ahly and Zamalek’s outcome will be decided by the referee’s whistle and will not be conclusive for the league champion, emphasizing that Al Ahly defeated Zamalek in both matches of the previous season despite Zamalek winning the league title.
