Friday sermon on October victories
Today’s Friday sermon addressed the topic "And prepare against them all you can of power," focusing on the concept of comprehensive strength upon which nations’ renaissance and homeland protection depend. It highlighted the October War victories as a sign of divine guidance, popular determination, and wise planning. The sermon explained that strength encompasses military, scientific, economic, and moral aspects, and emphasized that building human resources, developing necessary institutions, and safeguarding social security through vigilance against rumors and accuracy in news transmission are the foundations of national power. The speech also stressed the importance of loving one’s homeland and being loyal to it, asserting that sacrifice and a firm attachment to Egypt’s history and land enhance unity and resilience in the face of challenges. It called for raising awareness and fostering a sense of belonging as essential elements for preserving the country’s security and stability.
