Egyptian pilot posts video near Israeli aircraft
An Egyptian pilot posted a video showing an Egyptian airplane alongside an Israeli airplane at an Italian airport, accompanied by a quote from the speech of the late President Anwar Sadat that says, "An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth, and depth for depth." This sparked reactions from Israelis, with some considering it a political threatening message. The pilot confirmed that the video expresses his pride in the Egyptian national airline and the victories of October, and that it does not contain any threats or offenses toward any party. His goal is to celebrate the national anniversary and ensure aviation safety. He explained that seeing these words comes from his love for Egypt and Arab nationalism, emphasizing that aviation safety has nothing to do with nationality or ethnicity.
