Musician's Syndicate Approves Sassa Suspension
The Musicians’ Syndicate has decided to suspend festival performer Issam Sassa for six months after he posted an inappropriate video on TikTok. This move represents a decisive stance against behaviors that tarnish the reputation of art and emphasizes responsibility toward the audience. Media figure Mohamed Mousa confirmed that the decision reflects the need for artists to adhere to professional standards and respect public taste, stressing that fame does not grant the right to break rules or harm the image of artistic work, especially given the influence of social media on young people.
