New feature lets you turn off your computer remotely
Microsoft has introduced a new feature in the "Link to Windows" app on Android phones that allows users to remotely control their Windows computers. These features include shut down, sleep mode, restart, and lock the device, along with managing system updates through the phone app. The feature appears in the trial version 1.26101.103.0, with warnings before executing commands to protect data, but it is still in testing and has not yet been officially announced for all users or iPhone users. The goal of this function is to simplify managing computers in cases of forgotten shutdowns or the need for remote updates.
