Deif's final message
Al Jazeera aired a documentary on Friday evening about Mohammed Deif, the former commander-in-chief of the Qassam Brigades. It included his message to Palestinians, delivered shortly before the final moments of Operation Al-Aqsa Flood. Deif said the movement had prepared its capabilities for the battle through years and decades of work. Addressing Palestinians and fighters, he prayed that God would bring them together in Paradise.
