The Ministry of Housing is offering around 4,000 housing units to Egyptians living abroad as part of the third phase of the “Your Home in Egypt” initiative, in new cities including New Cairo, New Alamein, 6th of October, and the New Capital. Online registration opens on Tuesday, November 10, 2026, via **beitakfemisr.com**. Applicants must be Egyptian citizens living abroad and at least 21 years old. Each transfer must be for at least $5,000. Payment options include paying the full price of the unit or 50%. Discounts vary by project and payment plan. Registration and transfers do not mean that booking has opened. Booking dates and allocation rules will be announced later. Priority will be determined when actual booking begins—not by the time of registration or transfer.
