Cairo Metro Detentions
Egyptian security forces detained three female students after a video of them inside a Cairo Metro carriage circulated. The students said the incident took place on October 29 while they were joking around and watching a clip on one of their phones. They denied watching pornographic content or using drugs, and the necessary legal procedures were taken.
