Dolly Parton's estate accuses nephew of using barbed wire to dodge service
Dolly Parton’s estate has filed a lawsuit against her nephew, Bryan Seaver, alleging he attempted to evade service of legal documents by using barbed wire and a no trespassing sign at his home.
